The Assistant Director of Education (ADOE) supports the Director of Education in the administration, coordination, and development of academic programs, policies, personnel, and facilities. This role helps foster an environment of academic and professional excellence for both students and faculty, while promoting collaboration among educational teams.
Support the implementation and oversight of academic policies and instructional programs
Assist in managing faculty performance, development, and staffing
Promote student success through academic quality and support initiatives
Help monitor compliance with educational standards and regulations
Contribute to strategic planning, scheduling, and data analysis
Collaborate with internal departments to improve academic operations
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2 years of progressive academic experience including teaching, advising, and management
Familiarity with education regulations and industry practices
Experience using student information systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
Proficiency with various software tools, including word processing, email, and data systems
Business acumen, including the ability to assess and respond to academic and operational trends
Ability to propose, evaluate, and implement practical solutions
Effective team leadership and collaboration across departments
Responsive and service-oriented approach to student and staff needs
Adaptable to changing priorities and assignments
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently
